Linux is our main platform, but we do programming for other *NIX systems, such as *BSD, Digital UNIX, and Solaris, as well. We also know the Windows systems well, although we concentrate on other platforms.

With CGI scripts we can, for instance, construct Web-based user interfaces to programs. We are able to install and administer TCP/IP networks using e.g. the Apache HTTP server. We can also design and implement fully standards-compliant HTML documents.

We use the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Pascal (also TurboPascal and GNU Pascal), Perl, shell scripts for UNIX shells (especially tcsh and bash).

We have a lot of experience in COBOL programming on IBM mainframe environments, especially concerning software in banking and production design for metal industry.

Of database management systems DB2, DL/I, IDMS, MySQL, and Oracle are the most familiar to us. We can make SQL standard enquiries for other DBMSs, as well. We can implement the communication between the DBMSs and other programs or Web pages using e.g. PL/SQL (for Oracle) or JDBC (Java).
